Principal AcCountabilities 1.70 Financial acCounting Process an d review all requests of data updating for customers from BUsFunctions as per agreed turnaround times. Authorize an d manage credit for assigned BUs Procecss bills invoices an d credit notes Maintain AR ledger Execute payment application an d unapplied clearance Manage receivables analyse aging items an d follow up with BUs Perform collections together with BUs 2.20 Financial acCounting Process an d review all requests of data updating for customers from BUsFunctions as per agreed turnaround times. Authorize an d manage credit for assigned BUs Procecss bills invoices an d credit notes Maintain AR ledger Execute payment application an d unapplied clearance Manage receivables analyse aging items an d follow up with BUs Perform collections together with BUs 3.10 Business Partnering Effective an d timely communication with BU wherever necessary Participate the monthly financial analysis an d variance explanation reporting process for a timely an d accurate reporting Provide acCounting support for the ongoing new projects for assigned BU Provide ad-hoc support for the monthly BU performance reporting Analyze an d report monthly operating expenses Or S.G A for assigned BU 任职要求: Education Experience Skills 1.Required Qualifications College Or Bachelors degree in acCountingFinance Or equivalent experiences 2-3 year acCounting working experience within a multinational company Or audit firm Experience with JDE system is preferred Experience with SSC is preferred Willingness an d capability to grow further in to the Finance organization Strong communication skill Result oriented an d capable of working with strict guidelines Ability to manage multiple priorities work independently an d be self-motivated Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Fluent in English CBS003
