Associate degree in Physical material orMaterial Science with at least 2 years experience in material analyzing an d metallography of iron casting an d steel parts.

Work content/daily job:

oSample preparing for material analyzing/样件准备

oPreparation of microsection/微切片的制备，包括切割，研磨，抛光，腐蚀等

oHardness inspection HB, HRC an d HV/硬度检查

oCase hardening depth inspection/硬化层深度检查

oChemical analysis of steel parts/化学分析

oMicrostructure analysis/微观结构分析

oTensile test/拉伸试验

oImpact test/冲击试验

oFamiliar with related material standards/熟悉相关的材料标准

oDocumentation an d evaluation of inspection results/评估检查结果
