盛美半导体设备（上海）有限公司成立于2005年5月，是一家注册于中国上海张江高科技园区的、具备世界领先技术的半导体设备制造商，公司在华投资逾三亿。是中国一家专注于集成电路制造产业中电镀铜设备、抛铜设备、单晶圆清洗设备的研发及生产的公司。 公司于2008年承担了国家 十一五重大02专项 的任务，拥有国际专利超过100项。本公司目标是成为全球铜互连制程技术的领导者，为芯片制造厂商提供最先进的设备及工艺。公司正以史无前例的发展速度扩大在上海的研发和人才储备团队。
