Operation of the servers/Storage （30%）: perform daily operations for requests/changes/incidents on various IaaS/PaaS/SaaS systems, on-premises servers, network devices.
Operation of the backup/restore, system monitoring （30%）: perform daily backup/restore operations for various clients on Cloud/NBU/tape libraries; daily monitoring for server/network/service/security an d take actions.
Implementation of the infrastructure projects （40%）: support implementation of infrastructure projects, Ｏr application projects as an infra functionary.
Major Responsibilities an d Duties:
Daily maintenance an d support （level 2 Ｏr 3） for company s Windows/Linux servers an d storage system, including installation, configuration, migration, fault diagnosis, etc.
Responsible for cloud setup, configuration operations, maintenance an d backup, ensuring that servers are running with highly available.
Responsible for monitoring an d performance optimization on IT infra environments.
Responsible for backup managements on our on-premises servers, workstations an d cloud servers.
Responsible for management of acＣounts/permissions/groups/security on AD/AAD/O365 as per requirements.
Manage VMware virtualization an d Hyper-V system.
Support new infrastructure projects in the APAC region.

Bachelor’s degree Ｏr above, major in INFORMATION technology Ｏr computer science Ｏr other related fields.
3 years of IT service management an d process implementation experience; 3 years of technical experience on VMware/Hyper-V virtualization; 3 years of server an d storage management experience; 1 years of cloud management experience.
Good analytical & problem-solving skills with minimal supervision, ability to work on own initiative.
Good multitasking skills an d abilities Flex with changing priorities.
Good written an d verbal communication skills. Fluent oral English.
MCSE, RHCE, CCNA Ｏr relevant certificates are preferred.
