Responsibilities
- Handle all in-coming an d out-going payments for GF3 in Shanghai.
- Liaise with banks for GF3 in Shanghai for daily transactions.
- Support in-coming an d out-going payments for other China entities, include payment via bank, payment gateway, etc.
- Support to manage bank acＣounts / payment gateway acＣounts.
- Support to download bank statement every day to related departments for customer payment / refund information
- Support to download payment gateway transactions every day to related department for customer payment / refund information
- Support related departments, like Order Ops, Delivery, Sales, for inquiry of customer payment / refund information by case
- Support to liaise with banks an d payment gateway vendors for other China entities.
- Support team on month end close
- Other ad hoc assigned tasks

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with major in Finance / AcＣounting
- 3 years experience in Finance, experience in Bank payment with large volume is preferred, experience in factory is preferred.
- Well organized, careful an d patient, put enough attention on details
- Good communication skills, fluent in Chinese & English
- Team work spirit, positive attitude, can work under pressure
